Aimee is a Sound Therapist, Ovate Druid and in her 3rd and final year of Priestess training with East Anglia Goddess Temple.

There are times when talking is not enough. When what you are carrying lives in the body rather than the mind, and what you need is not more words but to be genuinely, physically held, and to have sound move through you while you rest.

*Wrapped in Rhythm* is a deeply nourishing one-to-one healing ritual. Developed by Dr. Sophie Messager, it draws from over a decade of research and facilitation, intertwining two traditional healing practices: 7 rebozos (a type of long woven fabric) wrapping and intuitive drum healing. May also include tuning forks and voice resonance.

For anyone, especially good for life transitions, rites of passage, trauma, post partum, menopause, a special occasion or you just want to experience a Deep relaxing and switching off from the world for at least a little while.
